Sweeket Scout Support
Sweeket Scout is an invite-only app where trusted contributors (“scouts”) recommend shops, products, places, and events for the Sweeket catalog. If something isn’t working, or you need to reach a person, this page is where to start.
Contact us
Email michael@sweeket.com. A person reads every message, and we reply within two business days — reports of abusive or objectionable content are handled within 24 hours.
Report content or block a scout
Report a find. Open the find, tap the … button, and choose Report. Reports go to our moderation queue; content that breaks the Terms of Use is removed, and scouts who post it lose access.
Block a scout. Open their profile, tap …, and choose Block. You won’t see anything they add, anywhere in the app. Unblock the same way.
Signing in
Scout is invite-only. If the app says you’re not on the Scout list, your account is fine — you just need an invite code from an existing scout. Enter it on the sign-in screen with I have an invite code, then sign in with Apple or Google. The code attaches to whichever account you sign in with, so use the one you’ll keep.
Delete your account
Open the side menu and tap Delete account. This removes your account information and photos. You can also email us and we’ll do it for you.
