Sweeket Scout Terms of Use

Scout is for people we have invited. You must be at least 13 years old. Your invite is personal: don’t share your account, and keep your sign-in secure.

Scouts see each other’s names and contributions. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not submit, or use Scout to direct at anyone, content that is:

• harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
• sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise obscene;
• defamatory, or deliberately false or misleading;
• someone else’s private information, or a photo of a person taken without their consent;
• infringing on anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• spam, advertising you are paid for, or a recommendation you have an undisclosed stake in;
• illegal, or promoting anything illegal.

Every find can be reported, and every scout can be blocked, from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and a scout who posts it — or abuses other scouts — loses access to Scout, without notice.

You keep ownership of what you submit — links, notes, photos, votes, and chat messages. You give Sweeket a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, and publish them in Scout and in the Sweeket catalog and its apps, credited to you by name where we show credit. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit.

Your contributions are reviewed, partly with AI tools, before anything enters the catalog. We may decline, edit, or remove any contribution.

Scout recommends businesses we don’t own or run. Prices, availability, and details come from those businesses and may be out of date. Anything you buy, you buy from them, on their terms.

You can delete your account at any time from the side menu in the app. We can suspend or end your access at any time, including for breaking these terms.

Scout is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Sweeket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Scout.
